Our Graduate Program, based in Melbourne, provides exciting opportunities in key areas of the business, including Finance, IT, Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, HR, Property and Coles Online.

Our grads rotate through the different elements of their chosen function and use short store-based rotations to gain real insight into how they can impact the operational and strategic direction of our stores.
