We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Chef, looking to work in a high volume food business, to join our team.

You will possess effective communication, neat personal presentation and the desire to succeed in your chosen career. You will have an eye for quality, be willing to learn and be able to work effectively under pressure.

You will be a team player with the flexibility to work shifts across all hotel trading hours, including nights and weekends. You will also be required to work split shifts as required.
