Marketing and Promotions Manager
Coles Hotel Division, Spirit Hotels, operate a diverse portfolio of 96 individual hospitality businesses, offering our customers a balanced service experience with quality food & beverage products, the latest in gaming technology as well as accommodation and function/conference facilities. Predominantly located in Queensland, Coles Hotels also operate in NSW, SA & WA. Working as the Marketing and Promotions Manager - Hotels, you will hold key accountability for the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activity. Based at Upper Mt Gravatt, this business critical role will also see you develop, implement and manage multiple brand strategies in line with business goals and objectives. Your continuous improvement mindset, innovative approach and results focus will see you drive change and contribute to performance success. Superior interpersonal skills will see you develop collaborative relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to facilitate a successful and positive working environment. Sound understanding of financial levers will ensure you manage the marketing funds to budget whilst providing return on investment. You will have demonstrated marketing and advertising experience in a hospitality, retail or similar fast-paced, multi-site environment. Furthermore, you will have sound experience implementing above and below-the-line brand and tactical sales campaigns with working knowledge of print production, distribution and media industries.
