To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following essential criteria:

• Excellent communication, time management & a passion for serving customers

• Supervisory experience in the Retail Liquor / Hospitality Industry

• The ability to set an example & thrive in a fast, demanding environment

• Relevant product knowledge - ideally a wine enthusiast

• Have a strong willingness to learn

• Excellent availability (including weekends & evenings)

• Flexibility to work across multiple stores within the metropolitan area.

• High energy and motivation to get the job done

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (legal requirement)
