As part of our pricing and promotions team this role will see you provide analysis and insight to shape and manage our price strategy.  By tracking and reporting on the Coles price position compared to our key competitors you will ensure our customers are provided with competitive prices and value each time they visit our stores.  Key within this will be developing and maintaining best-practice reporting and management information to measure delivery against our pricing policy.  As the primary source of competitive pricing information for the business you will work closely with members of the buying team to drive awareness and use of competitive pricing information in commercial decision-making. 

To be considered for this opportunity you will be an analytically focused individual with a strong background in the development of reporting systems. Your ability to drive change through the use of data and analysis will see you excel in this role. You will have experience developing and managing large databases and will ideally have retail experience within Merchandise and/or customer insights. Your capacity to solve problems using your strong analytical and numerical skills will be essential for this role. A strong working knowledge of Excel, Access and database systems will provide you with the ideal basis for success.
