Functions Manager - KurabyHotel HQHotel HQ is a modern hotel, with a stylish restaurant, relaxed café, happening bar and exciting gaming room, situated in the heart of Underwood. Hotel HQ has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Functions Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your key accountability will be the development, implementation and supervision of all functions with the aim of maximizing gross profits for the function business. Your passion to create and manage exceptional standards of service for your customers will be paramount, as will your ability to roster your team accordingly and within budgetary guidelines. You will have previous function sales experience with a flair for public relations, an accurate administrative focus and an undeniable talent for building strong relationships using effective relationship building and communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
