We are looking for a qualified Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.

The Hotel Carindale, situated 15 minutes from the CBD offers a unique blend of dining, gaming and accommodation.

The position would involve providing breakfast to in house guests and those dining in our restaurant. Experience in a la carte service and buffet preparation is essential.

As the Hotel Carindale is a high volume operation, your ability to work well under pressure and handle all queries in a professional and efficient manner will be highly regarded. Your availability will need to be flexible to work a roster that includes mornings with 5am starts, and weekends.
