We are seeking enthusiastic and committed 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Chefs who are looking to work in a multi-departmental food business to join our award winning team!

You will be well versed in modern Australian cuisine, a knowledgeable and productive member of a high-volume kitchen. 

You will possess effective communication, neat personal presentation and the desire to succeed in your chosen career. You will have an eye for quality, be willing to learn and be able to work effectively under pressure. You will be a team player with the flexibility to work shifts across all hotel trading hours, including weekends.
