We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and committed safety professional to drive the implementation of food safety systems and strategies for Coles Supermarkets.  Working closely with our Supermarkets management teams, you will use your strong stakeholder and influencing skills to drive a consistent and effective food safety coaching program that meets and exceeds business expectations.

Reporting to the National Retail Food Safety Manager, you will have proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic business environment. Your experience in retailing and/or food manufacturing as well as your proven capability in the management and delivery of complex projects across a national network are other important elements of this position.  Above all, your proven ability to coach business teams and their leaders, driving behaviour change, is key to your success in this role 

Knowledge of Food Safety drivers is essential. Experience in learning & development would be well regarded, as would knowledge of Health and Safety and Regulatory compliance.

Although this role is based in Melbourne, regular travel throughout the state will be required.
