The three main streams in the Coles Graduate program are:

Retail Leaders Graduate Program - Working in our stores, this program is to develop future leaders to manage a multi-million dollar business

Store Support Graduate Program- A program based in Melbourne across corporate functions supporting the operations and strategic direction of our stores

Logistics Graduate Program - A program based in one of our Distribution Centres, specialising in our complex supply chain

All of our 2011 graduates will have access to a development program to sharpen your broader business skills.  Some of the key components of this include a comprehensive induction, mentor program, professional development workshops and business focus days.
