Fitzy's is a 250 seat, full service restaurant with an emphasis on great food, friendly team and beautiful, relaxing surrounds.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to assist in our continuing success. The ideal person will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication and leadership skills, including  the dedication to motivate a strong team.

You will have previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with the proven ability to work unsupervised, and the ability to lead and develop the restaurant team.

You will posses superior customer service skills, rostering and budgeting experience. Previous training experience within the restaurant industry will also be highly regarded.
